Wadi Haqeel
Husn al-Shimal Fort

Wadi Haqeel lies to the north of Ras Al Khaimah, and is a special place with its strange rocks, all sculpted by time. 

You can get there easily, even with a sedan car. Don't miss the very old Al Shimal Fort, which you can reach by climbing a series of steps. The view from the top is amazing. 

It's a quick and very easy excursion, but one that isn't often visited... shame!
