Al Hamraniyah

Al Hamraniyah is located near the Khalifa Hospital in RAK,  on the left-hand side of Al Shuhadah road towards RAK Airport. 

It's a smal but funny stretch of high dunes with a few farms and lots of camels. 

Actually, there are no trails,  just a few tracks here and there but it's not a path. You have to navigate by sight and look for passages to cross the dunes.  At first, crossing the dunes is fairly easy, but the higher you climb, the more difficult it becomes. 

Once you've passed the summit, you can head back down and easily rejoin the road on the other side.

Be carful, you will find a lot of camels
